Southeast Asia's Royal Golden Eagle, Asia Pulp & Paper, and Brazil's Suzano are the final contenders for Kimberly-Clark's international tissue division, valued at approximately $4 billion. These companies are currently conducting due diligence and preparing binding bids due by mid-May, as Kimberly-Clark seeks to restructure and address challenges exacerbated by US trade tariffs. The tissue unit generates around $500 million in annual earnings and remains less affected by the tariffs, benefiting from the recent depreciation of the U.S. dollar.
