During KMT's Blue Eagle Operation, a vote was held on 'the most should recall Democratic Progressive Party legislators'. DPP legislator Wu Si-yao received the highest number of votes from KMT supporters, followed by Huang Chieh, while other DPP legislators like Wang Ting-yu, Chung Chia-pin, Kuo Kuo-wen, Chiu Yi-ying, Su Chiao-hui, and Wu Chi-ming also received votes. The KMT action aimed to support the party's MPs and protest against parliamentary reforms proposed by the DPP and other parties, facing off with civil groups' 'Green Bird Action'.
