On June 21, 2024, during the review of the 'Five Acts of Parliamentary Reform,' the Legislative Yuan witnessed the 'Blue Hawk Action' initiated by the Kuomintang, aiming to identify the most wanted Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) legislator for recall. At the end of the event, the top three DPP legislators voted most wanted for recall by the public were Huang Jié, Wu Si-yao, and Chung Chia-pin. The 'Blue Hawk Action' provided a platform for the public to vote for the legislator most desired for recall, and following the rejection of the review by a combined vote of 62 to 51, the Kuomintang and the New Power Party successfully prevented the review motion from passing.
