After advocating for parliamentary powers reform and passing significant bills, Kuomintang (KMT) chairman Eric Chu is planning an official visit to the United States towards the end of the year before the presidential election, to continue discussing US-China-Taiwan policies. KMT's think tank deputy executive Ling Tao has already visited the US, engaging in discussions on various topics such as economy, technology, education, as well as Indo-Pacific initiatives and defense strategies. This signals KMT's efforts to strengthen international ties and promote Taiwan's interests on a global platform.
