KMTV Asia, a Korean television station, CEO Byun Kwang-min, with over 25 years of experience in the film and television industry in Korea, is expanding into Taiwan, launching KMTV on Channel 31 and planning to increase investments in Taiwan. However, facing restrictions from NCC's licensing application regulations, Byun Kwang-min is urging the authorities to expedite the review process to accelerate their investment and production plans in Taiwan.
