Korean Air has decided to discontinue serving instant cup noodles on its long-haul flights due to rising incidents of turbulence, which have prompted safety concerns. The airline aims to prevent accidents related to hot food during turbulent conditions, a decision that will take effect from August 15. Instead of noodles, passengers will be offered other snacks like sandwiches and corn dogs. This move is part of broader changes as Korean Air responds to the increasing turbulence incidents in the aviation industry.
