Kraken has unveiled the phased launch of tokenized U.S. equities on the Solana blockchain, enabling non-U.S. users to trade 60 tokenized assets like top stocks and ETFs around the clock. This initiative aims to democratize financial market access, allowing users to utilize tokenized stocks in DeFi, trade 24/7, and manage assets through self-custodial wallets. Co-CEO Arjun Sethi emphasized the importance of empowering individuals and dismantling geographical barriers in finance.
