Los Angeles Lakers guard Austin Reaves fell short of qualifying for the Korn Ferry Tour event in Tennessee after shooting a 6-over 76 in the Monday qualifying round, placing him 11 shots behind the mark needed to make the tournament. Reaves, who is an avid golfer with a +2.2 Handicap Index, decided to participate in the event on a whim after being bored at home. Despite not making the cut, Reaves found the experience to be fun and challenging.
