As of June 15, 2024, the water storage rate of the Lan Tan Reservoir in Chiayi City, Taiwan, has risen steadily to over 80%, allowing for the resumption of the music fountain performances that were suspended due to low water levels on April 30. With multiple rainfall periods, the water levels of the Renyi and Lan Tan Reservoirs have stabilized. The Lan Tan Music Fountain, featuring a 50-meter long facility with water columns reaching 50 meters in height, will restart its shows on the evening of the 21st. The performances will follow a schedule of three shows during summer and an additional show during winter, each lasting 10 minutes, showcasing three songs. Tourists and locals can enjoy this grand spectacle as an attraction in Chiayi City.
