Le Goût French Teppanyaki, known for its luxury at a price of NT$1460 per set, has launched a new summer menu featuring 7 premium ingredients including wild swordfish, Japanese Seto Inland Sea oysters, Hokkaido M-grade scallops, South African abalone, lobster, Japan A5 Wagyu, and cherry duck breast, now upgraded from American Prime beef to Japanese A5 Wagyu due to the weak yen exchange rate. This upgrade not only enhances the original value, but also sparks a new wave of reservations, making it the top Teppanyaki menu in town. The new summer menu showcases the chef's culinary skills with dishes like Provençal seafood soup, seared wild swordfish with yuzu peel sauce, Hokkaido scallop Caprese salad, and honeydew banana ice cream with rum sauce, appealing to the vibrant and energizing summer season.
