Reported 8 months ago

During the Legislative Yuan committee meeting addressing the parliamentary powers review case proposed by the Executive Yuan, DPP legislator Wu Ssu-yao highlighted that the only comprehensive review in the Judiciary Committee was on April 15. She pointed out that KMT caucus convener Fu Kun-chi spoke for 60 seconds (177 words), while Huang Kuo-chang from the People's Party was concise, speaking for 25 seconds with a total of 106 words. Wu criticized the proceedings as 'superficial discussion,' noting the flaws in the power expansion review process, lack of substantive discussion, non-transparent decision-making, biased proceedings, and unfair voting practices.
