Wu Si-yao of the Democratic Progressive Party expressed confidence in the constitutional interpretation case and stated that the green camp will not seek to be part of the Legislative Yuan's agency representatives. Despite considering the system's unfairness, they are willing to yield to the blue and white camps as the agency representatives for the constitutional interpretation case. The final agreement from the bipartisan negotiation was for the Kuomintang to recommend two representatives and the People First Party to recommend one. Wu Si-yao voiced concerns over the pre-determined negotiation conclusions from Legislative Yuan Speaker Han Kuo-yu, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a neutral and just process for the constitutional litigation.
