The scene involved individuals expressing democratic demands, with some even coming from as far as Hualien to voice their opinions. Despite tensions, conflicts did not escalate. The Green camp had representatives merely showing up to express acknowledgment, whereas the Blue camp's politicians took turns speaking on stage. The situation highlighted differing perspectives on issues like reform, cross-strait relations, and democratic processes.
