A heated argument erupted between Legislative Yuan Speaker Han Kuo-yu and DPP Secretary-General Zhuang Ruei-hsiung during a meeting discussing parliamentary reform. Zhuang criticized Han for skipping his turn to speak and accused him of abusing his power, leading to a series of heated exchanges including swearing and taunting from both sides. Han eventually stormed out in anger, causing the meeting to be temporarily suspended. The altercation stemmed from disagreement over speaking order and fairness in conducting the meeting.
