Lin Chi-ling made a public appearance in Hokkaido, Japan, at the ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO, throwing the first pitch for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. She wore the team jersey with number '070,' paired with slim jeans, and tied up her hair elegantly, receiving applause from the audience. Despite throwing a ground ball, it was caught smoothly by the catcher. Lin Chi-ling expressed gratitude in Japanese and English to the audience and her effort in practicing pitching a month in advance paid off. Her brother-in-law AKIRA couldn't accompany her due to work but provided thoughtful guidance before the event.
