Looking ahead to the second half of 2024, Lion Travel will focus on 'cruises,' 'railways,' and 'sustainable development,' continuing to develop its cruise business, rail economy, and green tourism. In response to industry labor and material shortages, they will utilize information, technology, and even AI to drive enterprise change. Chairman Wang Wen Jie will personally lead Lion Travel in promoting digital innovation, optimizing international channels and digital applications, improving customer experience, and achieving higher operational efficiency. Lion Travel's shareholder meeting approved last year's financial report and profit distribution, with record-high revenues and profits. Lion Travel plans to expand the cruise market by offering global Fly Cruise trips to the Caribbean, Alaska, and the Mediterranean, as well as introduce new train services like the Ali Mountain Forest Trains. They will integrate resources, enhance inter-business synergy, and invest in companies like AsiaYo and FunNow, aiming to accelerate development, diversify services, and enhance market competitiveness. Additionally, Lion Travel will collaborate with academic institutions to recruit international students and establish the Lion International Elite Academy to elevate talent training quality and inject new vitality into the industry.
