On June 21, 2024, in Yunlin, Legislator Liu Jianguo invited the 5th River Administration for a field inspection of rivers and drainage, aiming to improve the living conditions of residents. Various areas in Douliu, Dounan, and Ciding have experienced frequent flooding, causing long-term hardships for residents. By conducting inspections and initiating projects like the Douliu City Qianxi Zhuyuan No. 2 Bridge project, Liu Jianguo and the team seek to address these flooding issues and enhance the quality of life for locals. Progress on these projects has gained strong support from local leaders and residents, with expectations set for completion by September 2025.
