In Taipei's Wanhua District, a violent incident occurred where a vendor smashed another person's phone with a fire extinguisher after a loan request was denied. Despite being sentenced to ten months in jail for a previous assault, the vendor continued to create disturbances, escalating into physical altercations. The vendor, known for previous violent behaviors, used various weapons including a large pair of pliers in past incidents. The repeated confrontations have caused distress to nearby businesses and continue to pose a threat to public safety.
