The Los Angeles Dodgers have acquired Cavan Biggio, an infielder-outfielder, from the Toronto Blue Jays in exchange for minor league pitcher Braydon Fisher. Biggio, son of Hall of Famer Craig Biggio and a six-year player with Toronto, was traded after batting .200 in 44 games this season. Fisher, a 23-year-old right-hander with a 5.86 ERA in Double-A Tulsa, has been with the Dodgers for five seasons, posting an 18-14 record in 134 games.
