A man in his 60s discovered he had stage 3 cancer unexpectedly due to a Google Translate error. Initially worried about a lung issue after using Google Translate, the man, who was under regular monitoring for gallstones, questioned the doctor and ended up finding out about the cancer. The error led to the revelation of a 2.6 cm tumor in his left lung, which was later confirmed to be stage 3 lung adenocarcinoma. Luckily, the man is recovering well from the surgery and ongoing targeted therapy.
