Exclusive report on June 28, 2024, at 3:27 in the morning. Police officers Lu Yudi and Zhu Yujun of the Bazhang Police Station in Chiayi City diligently discovered a lost puppy while on patrol duty at a convenience store. Despite the clean appearance and recent grooming of the puppy, it seemed to have accidentally separated from its owner without a leash. The officers searched for the owner near the store, and eventually, a citizen found and joyfully reclaimed the dog, thanking the police for their proactive assistance. The station chief emphasized the importance of community service and reminded pet owners to secure their doors to prevent pets from getting lost.
