A class action lawsuit against Madonna for starting a concert two hours late on her Celebration Tour has been permanently dismissed by individuals claiming unfair trade practices. Concertgoers sued Madonna, Live Nation, and the venue for advertising a start time of 8:30 p.m. when she took the stage between 10:45 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The lawsuit was dropped without a settlement, with Madonna's legal team stating it was a frivolous suit. Madonna previously faced another lawsuit related to her tour where a concertgoer alleged exposure to pornography without warning during a show in Los Angeles.
