A 24-year-old male college student surnamed Yang from Kaohsiung pursued his senior sister for a year, repeatedly sending messages including what appeared to be footage of a dark wedding ceremony. He claimed that multiple fortune tellers had told him his future wife would have a strong ability to earn money and expressed his desire to be with the senior sister for the rest of his life. Yang was sentenced to 2 months in prison for violating the 'Stalking Law' but could pay a fine instead. He has the option to appeal. The harassment included continuous stalking and messaging even after the senior sister made it clear she did not want any contact.
