The number of male domestic violence victims has increased by 46% in the past 5 years, but due to societal expectations regarding gender roles, male victims often find it difficult to seek help. A survey revealed cases like a prominent figure in the political sphere facing domestic violence from his high-ranking executive wife, resulting in a one-year protection order. Male domestic violence cases have risen significantly, with adult male victims increasing by 51.68% in the past five years. However, stereotypes and societal pressures make it challenging for male victims to recognize, speak out, and seek assistance for the abuse they endure.
