According to CTWANT Weekly, the Zhongzheng Second Police Precinct in Taipei received a report about missing metal bars from a cable rack set up by a construction team. After reviewing surveillance footage, a 62-year-old man surnamed Yang was arrested for taking the bars, thinking they were abandoned. Yang admitted to taking them for recycling, not realizing they belonged to the construction team. The case has been transferred to the local prosecutor's office for further investigation. The precinct reminds the public to be vigilant with personal belongings to avoid theft.
