A violent street conflict erupted in Kaohsiung's Dashe District as a man aggressively attacked a woman with clogs in broad daylight over a bill dispute, causing injuries as witnesses intervened and called the police. The woman, identified as the owner of a nearby karaoke bar, was left bloodied and swollen after being repeatedly struck by the man. The assailant, allegedly from Taipei, claimed the original bill was 200 dollars but was charged 1,000 dollars, leading to the violent outburst. The man was quickly apprehended by law enforcement and is facing charges of restricting freedom and causing harm. The incident serves as a stark reminder to reject violence and not to replicate such behaviors.
