On July 6, 2024, a man was found beaten to death in a mansion near the Kaohsiung Art Museum in Gushan District. The suspect had folded the victim's body, stuffed it into a bag, and hidden it in a closet. The family discovered the body, leading to the arrest of the suspect, Chen.
