A man was caught openly using drugs in a park in Taipei, with the smell of drugs reported by the public leading to his arrest. When questioned, he claimed he thought the park's outdoor space would quickly disperse the smell, only to be surprised by his arrest. The police found drugs on him and he admitted to using Ketamine in the park. The man was arrested and the case was handed over for penalty under the Narcotics Hazard Prevention Act. The police advise the public to report suspicious drug activities to maintain social security.
