Man Charged for Insulting Police Officers at Station Found Not Guilty

A man in Neihu District, Taipei, ran into a police station and verbally abused officers, displeased with their handling of a situation. He was restrained and arrested on charges of disrupting official duties, but the judge ruled him not guilty, stating that his insulting remarks were made during a conflict between him and the police and were not specifically targeted or repeatedly directed at anyone.
