During the Dragon Boat Festival, incidents of physical discomfort occurred in Changhua, Taiwan. A 47-year-old man collapsed while playing basketball, losing consciousness and vital signs. With quick actions from bystanders using an AED for defibrillation and firefighters providing online CPR guidance, the man's life was saved. Another incident involved a 20-year-old woman who was also saved by firefighters after collapsing near a levee. The Changhua Fire Department reminds the public to take precautions during hot weather and strenuous activities to avoid heatstroke, especially those with chronic heart diseases to avoid intense exercise at noon to prevent accidents.
