A 46-year-old man surnamed Lu drove his car in reverse on Highway 76 in Changhua County, causing panic among other drivers. A 29-year-old man surnamed Guo accidentally collided with a 71-year-old man surnamed Fu's car after swerving to avoid Lu, who then threw a plastic bucket at a 23-year-old man surnamed Liu's car. The incident resulted in minor injuries to Fu and a 31-year-old female passenger, luckily with no life-threatening injuries. Lu is currently under investigation by the police for public endangerment and damage crimes, with a warning to drivers to follow road regulations to avoid accidents and penalties.
