A man in Kaohsiung, surnamed Huang, fell from a pigeon coop on his rooftop and landed on the neighboring rooftop, fracturing his leg. He was in pain and unable to get up, but was conscious and taken to the hospital without life-threatening injuries. The incident occurred on Public Righteous Road in Qianzhen District.
