A man named Wang found a wallet in the middle of last year and brought it to the police station for the owner, but the owner, a man named Xu, claimed that there was 17,100 yuan missing from it. The court in Pingtung found that Xu couldn't prove the amount in the wallet before losing it was 24,000 yuan and lacked evidence that Wang embezzled, thus ruling Wang innocent with the possibility of appeal.
