During a meal at a sushi restaurant in Nanzih, Kaohsiung, a man complained to staff about not having water in the faucet after washing his hands in the restroom, resulting in his hands being covered in foam. The man became enraged when the water pressure was not sufficient and publicly berated the staff, asking other patrons to film the incident. The disruptive behavior led to conflicts among customers, with some urging to stop the disturbance and allow them to enjoy their meal. Despite police intervention, no injuries or property damage were reported, and the restaurant decided not to press charges.
