A man in Taoyuan broke a car windshield with his fist after getting upset that another vehicle was blocking his way in a road dispute on Chang Shou Road. The incident occurred at noon on June 29th, where the man, identified as Mr. Tsai, followed the other car to an intersection in Taoyuan District to confront the driver but was ignored. As a result, Mr. Tsai punched and shattered the car's rear windshield. Following the incident, Mr. Tsai needed stitches for his injured hand, and the victim reported the damage to the police, leading to a formal investigation and legal consequences.
