In Taichung, Taiwan, a man was caught on camera lying on a car hood with a rose in his mouth as he drove to a fast-food lane to confess his love to a female staff member. The staff member reacted with a grimace and refused the gesture. Although the police couldn't penalize him for the dangerous behavior due to the location not being under road regulations, they warned against imitating such actions.
