A video circulating online shows a man riding a red-plated motorcycle in Kaohsiung's Luzhu District, suddenly lifting his front wheel and performing a 'stoppie' stunt for 5 seconds in front of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. The act, captured by a fellow rider, not only impressed onlookers but also caught the attention of authorities, who are now planning to fine the rider between 6,000 to 36,000 NTD for violating traffic regulations and endangering road safety. The incident serves as a warning against reckless driving behaviors and the potential risks they pose to oneself and others.
