The officers identified him based on surveillance footage and detained him for questioning, revealing his involvement in a fraud case where he deceived a woman by falsely claiming to have lost his wallet and needing money to return to Kaohsiung, resulting in his arrest and investigation by the Central District Police Precinct. The Metro Police Team warns the public to be cautious and report any suspicious activity to prevent such fraudulent behavior.
