Man Stole Bicycles Worth Over 800,000 in Greater Taipei, Selling High-End Models Cheap

A man surnamed Zhou targeted high-value bicycles in the Greater Taipei area for theft, selling bikes worth 100,000 for as low as 3,000 to 30,000 each. Despite being caught multiple times, he continued stealing bikes, accumulating over 800,000 from more than 10 stolen high-value bicycles. Zhou, a habitual offender, was apprehended in the Wanhua area with burglary tools and over 10 stolen bikes. Authorities urge the public not to buy suspiciously sourced or underpriced bicycles and to report any suspicious activity to maintain public safety.
