A man in the United States was attacked by a swarm of bees while passing by a beekeeping spot, with one bee stinging directly into his eye. Although the venomous stinger was removed at the hospital immediately, some residue remained, causing the man to experience vision loss and eye inflammation two days later at home. After emergency surgery to remove the remaining piece of the stinger, the man is still recovering. The incident occurred in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with the man now exhibiting signs of gradual improvement in his vision after nearly 5 months.
