The couple, who got married due to an unplanned pregnancy, have an unstable relationship, with the wife often using hurtful language towards the husband, causing him mental distress. Despite the husband's 60,000 monthly income, the wife, a stay-at-home mother, spends extravagantly, with monthly expenses ranging from 90,000 to 130,000, mainly on dining out. The court granted the divorce and ordered the wife to pay a monthly childcare fee of 9,000, totaling 162,000, with room for appeal.
