Ravens tight end Mark Andrews supports the NFL's decision to penalize hip-drop tackles after missing games due to an ankle injury caused by such a tackle last season. Andrews believes removing this type of tackle is a positive step towards making the game safer, and he is pleased with the league's efforts to eliminate it. Despite missing games due to the injury, Andrews returned for the AFC Championship Game feeling less than 100%, but now feels "fast and explosive" several months later.
