A massive fire broke out at a tin factory in Wugu, New Taipei City, at around 7:27 pm on June 30th, emitting thick smoke and flames, prompting nearby residents to report the incident. The New Taipei City Fire Department quickly responded to the scene and found the factory fully engulfed in flames. Despite initial investigations confirming that no one was trapped inside, efforts are underway to extinguish the fire. With fears that the fire might spread to adjacent buildings due to the factory's continuous construction, reinforcements have been dispatched for rescue operations. The cause of the fire, which occurred in a one-story standalone building, is under investigation, and precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of the surrounding area.
