Tainan's private altar, 'King's Order Wuxuan Altar,' recently announced that Guan Sheng Di Jun inside the temple will 'marry' Mazu from Luk Er Men Tian Hou Gong in Beishanwei, referring to Mazu with the title 'Heavenly Guan Sheng Mother.' In response, Luk Er Men Tian Hou Gong issued a statement on June 11th, stating they were completely unaware of the 'marriage' and had not authorized it, leading to legal action being taken. The temple denounced the event, stating it damaged their reputation and urged against unauthorized use of their name for publicity without consent.
