MediaTek and Xiaomi have deepened their cooperation, with Xiaomi's Redmi brand general manager Wang Teng announcing the official unveiling of the joint lab at Xiaomi's Shenzhen R&D Center for the new model Redmi K70 Ultimate Edition, which is the lab's first work. The joint lab focuses on five core capabilities covering performance, communication, and AI, aiming to create the strongest product performance experience and realize the research and implementation of the latest technology. The Redmi K70 Ultimate Edition, described as the 'Performance King,' aims to achieve three firsts in performance benchmarks, game frame rates/efficiency, and concurrent operation time, featuring MediaTek's Dimensity 9300+ chip, developed on TSMC's 4nm process with enhanced CPU cores surpassing the Dimensity 9300's performance level.
