As a response to poor market reception of their first-generation electric vehicles, German luxury car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz plans to redeem themselves by introducing a large number of new car models. In addition to electrification, they will also focus on developing fuel vehicles. CEO Ola Källenius emphasized the importance of high-end customers and revealed plans for new models starting from next year, including entry-level vehicles like the CLA and the GLB SUV. Mercedes-Benz will also launch a small electric version of the G-Wagon in 2026. The new CLA will be available in both electric and fuel models, showcasing Mercedes' commitment to offering a variety of vehicle options while maintaining competitiveness in the fuel vehicle market.
