Metallica performed their longest song, "Inamorata," for the first time ever during their European leg of the ongoing M72 tour in Munich, Germany. The track, which is 11 minutes and 10 seconds long, was debuted on May 26th as part of their "No Repeat Weekend" format of playing two-night stands in each city with different setlists each night. Despite frontman James Hetfield's humble introduction, the band delivered a practiced and engaging performance of the multifaceted song, which features slow head-nodding riffs, solo sections, dropouts, and tempo changes. Metallica will continue their tour in Europe before heading to North America in August.
