Four Miami-Dade police officers are facing manslaughter charges for the deaths of a kidnapped UPS driver and a bystander during a 2019 shootout. Indicted officers turned themselves in at Broward Main Jail, with potential penalties of up to 30 years in prison. The incident, stemming from a jewelry heist turned high-speed chase, resulted in a gunfight killing Frank Ordoñez, the UPS driver, and Richard Cutshaw, a bystander.
