La Cucilina, the new brand of Zhe Juan Meng Tian Restaurant in Miaoli Sanyi, is headed by Alice, a graduate of the Food and Beverage Department of the University of Florence, Italy. She presents Italian cuisine in a new way, having obtained Tuscan chef certification and World Chef Association certification. Their menu includes à la carte dishes and chef's recommended set meals, with dishes such as organic lettuce salad, roasted organic chestnut pumpkin with fresh Burrata cheese, octopus and paprika salad, pumpkin soup, and porcini handmade pasta. Reservations are recommended for dining at La Cucilina.
