Microsoft confirmed that its cloud-based productivity suite, including Word and Teams, has recovered after a significant outage disrupted services for thousands of users. The issue was linked to a change made by a third-party internet service provider, which has since been reverted. Reports of disruptions peaked at over 23,000 but decreased to around 800 as connectivity issues were resolved.
